General Banquet Information

  1. Entree selection is limited to one (1) choice unless special dietary requirements need to be adhered to. Entree selection required two (2) weeks prior to function.

  2. Should you desire entrees or service not listed on menus, please contact our Sales Department for additional information.

  3. All prices are subject to change without notice.

  4. Prices do not include applicable Maryland State Sales Tax of 6% and Service Charge of 18%. Maryland also requires a 6% sales tax to be charged on the Service Charge.

  5. Final guarantees required one (1) week in advance of functions. If no guarantee is given, we will use the original number on your function order.

  6. Payment shall be made upon departure, unless credit has been established for all corporate functions. All Banquets and Wedding Receptions must pay an estimate of charges one (1) week in advance. Final payment to be made upon departure.

  7. Advance deposits may be required for functions held at the hotel. Check with Sales Department.

  8. All Federal, State and Local Laws regarding food and beverage service, purchased or consumption will be complied with. No outside food, alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages may be brought into the function room.

  9. Charges for bartender, carvers, food displays and audio-visual equipment will be given upon request.

  10. We have the right to reassign any function room that is appropriate for your group.

  11. Function room rates may be obtained by contacting the Sales Department.

Please add 18% Service Charge & 6% Maryland State Tax to all items.
